Troy Davis was convicted and sentenced to death in 1989 based exclusively on witness testimony. Evidence of his innocence emerged as most of these witnesses recanted their testimony, many alleging police coercion.
This website offers new ways to help publicise Troys case. You are invited you to make your own film about Troy. Linking it to all your social network sites you will be able to support the campaign to abolish the death penalty, and help bring about justice for Troy Davis.
There are already films on here. How can mine help?
Your friends will be interested to see a film made by you. By linking it to your social networking sites, you will be showing Troys story to people who may never have heard about him. This may in turn encourage them to make and share a film.
So how do I make the film?

Troy Davis, speaking to Amnesty International’
‘I would like to thank all of you very much from the depths of my heart because my family and I really need more people out there fighting for us and being our voice and showing support.’
‘And all of you have really opened the eyes of people all around the world about injustice, not only to me, but about the United States’ legal system. And it’s an honor to have all of you – your friendship, your support, your letters, and your activist work, it really means a lot.’
